Organic tapioca syrup is a natural and plant based sweetener with a sweet clean taste and slightly buttery flavour notes made from 100% tapioca.

It is made from the enzymatic treatment of tapioca using Non-GMO natural cultivated enzymes to break down the complex carbohydrate compounds into short chain molecules. Tapioca syrup is boiled, filtered and concentrated to viscous syrup and a healthy alternative to refined sugar. Tapioca syrup is hypoallergenic, gluten free and vegan.
